Sinks
A wide range of cast epoxy resin sinks, all with an integral flange for easy fitment from above or below a worktop — and the same chemical resistance as our worktops.
Simmons cast a wide range of epoxy resin sinks that can be fitted to a worktop in several ways. All sinks have an integral flange to allow easy fitment whether fitted from above or below. Sinks are cast in the same epoxy resin used for our worktops and share the same chemical resistance.
They are available in all of our standard colours. All sinks are designed to accept a 73 mm flange waste with a 1½″ BSP connection. A suitable polypropylene sink waste can be supplied in grey, white or black on request.

Two sink ranges.

Chemical resistance
Tested to BS EN 438-2:1991 (24-hour spot test). Unaffected by the majority of common laboratory reagents — including acetone, alcohols, and hydrochloric and sulphuric acids. A small number of aggressive reagents cause slight bleaching or surface attack (e.g. dichloromethane, hydrofluoric acid, fuming nitric acid). Full classified spot-test matrix available on request — ref. SIM-CR-24.
