Drop-on sinks
Designed to be easily fitted to any type of worksurface material. The self-rimming flange sits on the surface, so all that is needed is a plain cut-out.
Drop-on sinks are moulded complete with a fixing flange. They are fitted into a suitable hole in the worksurface with a layer of silicone or epoxy under the flange, with a radius fillet of grout to the joint between flange and worksurface to give an easily cleaned, fully sealed joint. Because the flange sits on the surface, the cut-out needs no rebate and the joint is sealed above the bench rather than below it. The same raised flange helps to prevent accidental spillage into the sink, which makes these sinks especially useful for adding a sink to an existing laboratory.
All sinks are moulded in one piece with a smooth, hard-wearing inside surface that is easy to clean and decontaminate. They are light and easy to handle. Step-by-step fitting notes are on the installation page.
