Premier Select & standard sinks
Our most versatile range for stocking and fitting laboratory sinks. Every Premier Select sink can be fitted two ways: dropped in from above into a rebated cut-out, or screwed and bonded to the underside of the worksurface.
The range is designed so that the same sink can be fitted from the top side of the worksurface into a rebated cut-out, or screwed and bonded to the underside using the integral flange. Fitted as a drop-in, every sink is self-supporting on its flange, which makes it particularly suitable for laminate worksurfaces: the less resistant core of the laminate is covered by the flange of the epoxy resin sink.
All sinks are moulded in one piece with a smooth, hard-wearing inside surface that is easy to clean and decontaminate. They are light and easy to handle.

Drop-in or undermount, from the same moulding.
Fitted from above into a rebated cut-out and bedded on silicone or epoxy, so the flange finishes virtually flush, about 0.3 mm below the worksurface. Self-supporting on the flange, so it suits any worksurface material; on laminate tops the flange covers the core.
Bonded and screwed to the underside of the worksurface through holes drilled in the flange, so the worksurface overhangs the bowl. Factory fitted to Simmons worksurfaces; if supplied loose, the flanges can be pre-drilled with fixing holes at additional cost.

Metric Select
Sizes in round metric figures. Nominal flange thickness 7 mm (a little over a quarter of an inch); the M105 has a 9 mm flange.

M105 extra large sink
A 1000 x 500 x 400 mm bowl holding 180 litres, for glassware and equipment that will not fit a standard sink. Drop-in or undermount, with a 9 mm flange. Its size and weight mean it needs additional support beneath the worksurface.

Simmons' established range, moulded complete with a fixing flange so that no additional support is required. Where sinks are factory fitted to Simmons worksurfaces they are supplied undermounted, with the worksurface overhanging the bowl.
